Private Dining Experience
Chef en Casa is our signature creation — an intimate private dining experience where guests gather around a curated table for up to 8 people.
Hosted in our home, this experience transforms dining into a sensory journey. Each evening features a seasonal, multi-course menu crafted with sustainable ingredients and a focus on nourishment and flavor.
Guests enjoy direct interaction with the chef, storytelling behind each dish, and a warm, intentional atmosphere designed to celebrate connection and presence.
Chef en Casa is more than a meal — it is a shared ritual of food, community, and wellbeing.
Our upcoming Chef en Casa series will take place over three exclusive weekends:
• March 27, 28, 29
• April 3, 4, 5
• April 10, 11, 12
Each evening begins at 5:00 PM and concludes around 8:30 PM.
We host only one table per evening in our home, creating a truly private and intimate experience for a single group of guests.
Reservations are limited due to the nature of this exclusive gathering.

Chef John Lawson & Alejandra Morán
At 2023 by the inspiration of the west coast in Puerto Escondico, México, we join our talents. Driven by a passion for nature and health-supportive culinary experiences, John Lawson and Alejandra Morán embarked on a journey to create ALEMENTO.
