Chef John Lawson & Alejandra Morán
At 2023 by the inspiration of the west coast in Puerto Escondico, México, we join our talents. Driven by a passion for nature and health-supportive culinary experiences, John Lawson and Alejandra Morán embarked on a journey to create ALEMENTO.

Chef en Casa is the heart of ALEMENTO — our signature culinary experience designed for intimate gatherings and meaningful connection around the table.
We host a private table for up to 8 guests, in the privacy of our home , where each dinner is crafted as a personalized journey of flavors, nourishment, and love.
Guests are welcomed into a warm, carefully curated space to enjoy a multi-course menu inspired by local, seasonal & organic ingredients.
